River rock is formed by the natural forces of nature and like snowflakes, no two are exactly alike; color, texture, and surface marks vary significantly from stone to stone. Since each stone is irregular in shape the size will also vary but be about 5” tall x 7” wide x 1.5” thick. NOTE: your order will vary significantly from what is displayed in the pictures above. So if you are not comfortable with us taking artistic license to make the best looking memorial we can, then you should order a different product with a more uniform look. We can also process custom orders that are larger in size and contain more thoughts or memories about your pet or loved one. Once an order is place, we begin the production process. Since each item is one-of-a-kind, we cannot reuse any part of a memorial that is in production, so no order cancellations are accepted once production is started. If we do not reproduce the customization information that you entered during the sales process, just email us with an “as-received” photo and we will reproduce it and ship a replacement stone to you at no charge.
