A : Yes, this pet camera supports max 128GB sd card(not included), move the camera up to find SD card slot.

Q : Can I get the alert notification to phone when the camera detected moving things?

A : Yes, this camera has accurate motion detection function, when the camera is online, just enable motion alert function, then you can get motion alert notification, meanwhile, a 10s video will be saved to your phone.

Q: Why I can’t receive the activation email when I sign up a new account on the app ?

A: 1. Please kindly check the junk mail box. 2. Please contact our support team with your account email, we will activate your account manually.

Answer: Yes, it needs to be plugged into an outlet for continuous power. The “Wireless” means that this WiFi camera transmits data via 2.4 GHz WiFi.
