The fly mask is light weight and allows air circulation, so that the horse doesn’t sweat as much. The Lycra material makes it more breathable than the heavier fly masks that have fleece around the edges, and it wicks sweat better than any traditional fleeced mask does. With the superb comfort these fly masks provide, the horses really do not mind them being put on and taken off.

It’s a fairly thin Lycra blend, but it’s still covering the horse’s head and touching most of the protected area. The fine mesh protects horse’s eyes and ears, while ensuring full visibility. The ears and eyes are specially designed, ear coverings fit fine, just like the eye coverings. There is enough space for horse to flip and move.
