For optimal performance, the Collar should be refilled before each use.
Make sure the collar is not too tight nor too loose – one finger should just fit between the collar belt and your dog’s neck
Spray warnings can distract your dogs’ attention and stop barking. At this time, try to praise them so that they can remember the warning. If your dogs struggle with spray warning, try to guide and comfort them to help them adapt to it a few times.

Important Information:

Avoid leaving the collar on the dog for more than 8 hours out of every 24 hours and try to re-position the collar on your dog’s neck every 1 to 2 hours if possible.
Do not use the collar on a dog under 6 months of old.

Q1. Why the collar does not spray or beep when the dog barks?

Maybe the sensitivity is too low, so it can’t sense the bark of dogs. Please adjust the sensitivity of the collar to the HIGH level.
Maybe the collar is not filled with citronella spray. (The collar does not contain citronella spray at first, so you need to fill it first)
The collar will firstly make a beep sound to warn the dog when detects the bark. If the dog continues to bark, then spray the citronella. So you will hear the beep sound first, then spray.

Q2. How to fill the citronella spray?

Set the collar on a flat surface with the refill port turned upwards. Hold the refill spray can upright and Vigorously and Firmly; press the nozzle down into the refill port. Hold down Vigorously and Firmly for 15 seconds and then release.

Q3. How do I know that I should refill the spray?

When the red LED light of receive collar flashes 1 time per 5 seconds, please refill the spray. We suggest that full refill the spray before use every time.

Q4. How to adjust the sensitivity of the collar?

After turning on the collar, press the On / Off button to adjust the sensitivity level. The blue LED light will indicate the level of sensitivity (L/ M/ H).

Q5. How to test the collar before putting it on the dog?
