Place the entire group on the litter tray. The bottom liner has no holes to transfer good litter after the other 10 are used. Turn edges of all 11 liners down over the sides and fill tray with clumping litter. Place large rubber band (included) around the pan to hold all liners in place. To remove clumps for odor control, free the top liner from the rubber band and hold the liner over the tray, all the good litter will swiftly sift through leaving only the clumps in the liner. Discard with other waste.
