Mrs. Pastures, Inc. is located in Northern California; we operate our own manufacturing facility. We sell Cookies for horses on a wholesale basis to Feed Stores, Ranch and Farm Supply Stores, Saddle Shops, Equine Mobile Units, and Tack Stores nationwide. We are a well-established company showing growth in popularity since our inception in 1986. Satisfaction of our cookies is guaranteed. Our goal is to be the best horse treat on the market – not only according to each retailer, but to every horse and horse owner as well.

We are very proud of our company and our product. Our performance and success over time speaks for itself, not only on serving our wholesale customers but also ultimately in pleasing the retail consumer.

Our Story

In 1986 Patricia Burge was determined to make a special cookie for her favorite horse, Poncho. After many months of trial and error she developed a winning recipe. At the age of 66, with encouragement from her friends and family she founded Mrs. Pastures Cookies for Horses. The company was incorporated in 1990 in the state of California and is now a nationally recognized leader in the horse treat industry. We are passionate about our business, and take great pleasure in making horses lives more enjoyable, as well as creating a means for a special bond between horses and their owners.
