What should I do if the fan cannot rotate when connect the chiller to power?

A: Please check the parameters setting of the chiller, you should make the target temp and temperature difference in certain range that the chiller can work normally.

e.g., target temp=22℃, and you want to control the aquarium temp between 22-24℃, you should set the d to 2, so the chiller will start to work at 24℃, and stop working at 22℃.

Why the chiller cannot cool?

A: First, check the temperature probe, the probe shoube be put fully into the water.

Then, check the room temp, and then check the temperature settings, if your room temp is too high and the temp setted too low, the chiller may cool slower or cannot cool to the temp you want. And then you should check the water tank volume, if the volume exceeds 16gal, the cooling effect will not be so good either. The cooling effect is closely related to the water volume and room temp.

Why the chiller start and stop working at incorret temp, not based on setted temp?

A: It may be the malfunction of the temperature controller. If this problem occurs, please told us immediately, we will resend a new controller for you.
