Sancho & Lola’s Joint Health Support Sticks are 100% beef esophagus which is also referred to as “gullet”. They are Holistic, beef jerky-type crunchy treats, similar in size to a thin bully stick. However, gullets are completely hollow (as Mother Nature makes them). Beef gullets are a natural source of Glucosamine and Chondroitin, making them excellent support for joints and ligaments. When Sancho had extensive knee surgery called TPLO, he snubbed joint supplements we gave him, so we opted to give him 1-2 gullet sticks a day. Within a very short time, our ten-year-old guy was running and chasing squirrels like he was at two. Our beef gullets are sourced from grass-fed, free-range cattle, processed in USDA approved facilities. They are not odor-free.
