Dual Power Supply

You can power the feeder via power adapter come with the feeder or 3 pieces D batteries ( not included).

It is recommended to use both battery and adapter in case any of power failure.

When encounter power failure, the feeder’s Wi-Fi connection will be disconnected.

Feeder still works normally according to the program settings

Infrared Detection Feature

Our auto cat feeder adopts the advanced infrared detection technology.

It enables the device will automatically stop when there is too much food in the bowl, which will prevent the food from spilling.

Meanwhile, notfication will be sent to App automatically when there is no feed left.

Tips from Manufacturer

1. Recommend dry food within 5-15mm in size, do not use wet, damp, canned and moist food

2. 1 portion = 5 gram, 1 oz =5.6 portions, 1/8 cup=6 portions

3. Please choose a 2.4Ghz Wi-Fi signal instead of a 5Ghz signal

4. When entering the password, be aware that it is case sensitive

5. If the connection fails, please try again or change the contact mode (3 kinds of contacting mode in total)

6. When encounter power failure, the feeder’s Wi-Fi connection will be disconnected. Feeder still works normally according to the program settings

How to Connect TSYMO Automatic Pet Feeder (EZ mode)

Step 1: Download “Pet Zero” App from APP store or Google Play, and register a new account or login to a registered account.

Step 2: Click Add Device or + to add a new pet feeder. Choose Add Manually tab and select Wi-Fi Pet Feeder.

Step 3: Check whether LED indicator is flashing RED 2 times per second. If yes, then click Indicator is Flashing Rapidly to got to the next step. If not, please long press the Wi-Fi Setting button for 3 seconds until you hear a beep. Then the pet feeder’s LED indicator will flash rapidly.

Step 4: Next, please enter the corresponding Wi-Fi password and click Confirm.

PS: The auto pet feeder will then try to connect to the Wi-Fi network. When connected, click Done to complete adding process If the feeder fails to connected to WI-FI network, you could choose to add pet feeder via AP mode or Auto Scan Mode.

Feeding Record & Indication
